The complaints handling process does not provide support. Requests for
support will be redirected to the hostmaster team.
However should you have experienced significant difficulties obtaining support or in any
other respect we ask that you put your complaint in writing and
provide it to the .HM administrator by facsimile.
Please set out the history of the matter, the nature of your complaint and include contact
details including an email address so that the administrator can respond to your concerns.
If your communication is a genuine complaint (and not a request for
support) you can expect a response within 7 days of lodgement. The
administrator may ask you for more information so please be sure to
confirm your contact details are correct and if you have aggressive email
filters please confirm that you can receive an incoming reply from the
administrator.
